Newlyweds Tim and Mary Hatfield leave Cherry Creek, Iowa, for a fresh start in Hollywood. After failing to find an apartment, they move into âBareview,â a swanky complex with a surprising âclothing optionalâ clause. As they adjust to the nudist lifestyle, theyâre welcomed by colorful neighborsâEddie and Irene, slick landlord Marty, bombshell Candy, wisecracking Hank, drunken Pete, and buff poolman Dave. Trouble brews when a pair of outraged fundamentalists catch sight of Candy and launch a crusade to shut Bareview down. Now the residents must unite to defend their carefree, clothes-free way of life.
