Le Menteur

Dorante just arrived in Paris. As a young man from the countryside, he invents a military career to impress Lucrèce and Clarice, two young women. Other lies follow up where Dorante traps himself, even though his valet Cliton and his friend Alcippe oppose themselves, and even after his father’s intervention.
