Documentary
The Carapintadas, so named for their use of camouflage paint, were far-right military activists who staged uprisings between 1987 and 1990 against the constitutional governments of RaĂșl AlfonsĂn and later Carlos Menem in Argentina. Narrated using archival television, radio, and print footage, Carapintadas reconstructs the group's uprisings to halt the trials of those responsible for the military dictatorship.
