Ahmad Muhammad Ibraheem Khaleel joined âAl-habeebâ Institute after finishing his studies at the High Institute of Cinema in 1965. Played stage roles like âKhaadem sayyedayn i.e. A servant for two mastersâ, âYasseen we Baheyya i.e. Yasseen and Baheyyaâ and âHobb taht al-heraassa i.e. An under guard loveâ. In 1970âs, Khaleel travelled to a Gulf country and did not show as an actor then returned heavily to TV in âYamout al-zammar i.e. Piper diesâ, âHadeeth al-sabaah wal-massaa i.e. Morning and night talkâ, âZaman Alaa al-Deen i.e. The time of Alaa al-Deenâ, âBawwaabet al-Halawaany i.e. Halawaanyâs gateâ and âAl-forsaan i.e. The knightsâ. Participated in Haany Lasheenâs film âAl-aragoz i.e. The puppeteerâ along with superstar Omar Sharif and among his important roles in cinema; Shaady Abdul Salaamâs âAl-momiaa i.e. The mummyâ, Aatef al-Tayyebâs âKatibat al-eâdaam i.e. Execution troopâ & âDedd al-hokouma i.e. Anti-governmentâ and Muhammad Faadelâs âNaaser 56â and âKawkab al-shark i.e. Orient Starâ. Ahmad Khaleel played different successful roles in TV yet he did not make the same success in cinema.
