Ernst Jacobi

Ernst Jacobi (July 11, 1933 - June 23, 2022) was a German actor. Jacobi was born in Berlin. After Abitur, he completed his acting training in Berlin and also took lessons in Paris. Jacobi began his career in theater in the 1950s. He was actor at the Burgtheater, Vienna and the Schauspielhaus ZĂŒrich. He is known for his role in The Tin Drum and as the narrator in The White Ribbon. Jacobi lived in Munich. He died in Vienna on June 23, 2022.
